Kniddelen

Kniddelen are little dumplings that look similar to the Swiss spaetzle, cooked in a creamy sauce with bacon bits. You can add apple puree on the side.

Beshbarmak

Beshbarmak is also known as Naryn, Turama or Kullama. Beshbarmak actually means "five fingers", because nomads used to eat this dish with their hands. The boiled meat is finely chopped with knives, mixed with boiled noodles, and spiced with onion sauce. It is usually served in a big round dish.

Caipirinha

Nothing screams Brazilianness more than a good Caipirinha. The country’s national cocktail is made with lime, sugar, crushed ice and Cachaça (a typical alcohol) and usually contains 30-50% of alcohol.

Moroccan Couscous

Couscous is originally a Berber dish and for this reason couscous is a staple dish in many North African countries. In Morocco, there are different types and versions of couscous but the most traditional one is called the “7 vegetables couscous”. It is composed of semolina grains (granules of durum wheat), topped with vegetables and meat cooked in a super tasty and comforting broth.
